This is a simple landing page to give you information about the Influence Circles initiative.
The idea is very simple and is meant to be a small contribution to strengthening non-profit organizations in times when funding is being cut, crises are multiplying, and the people working for the organizations are feeling overwhelmed.
What: A one-hour free workshop for eligible non-profit organizations
Content: Stephen Covey’s Circle of Influence model
How: Brief input on the model, a chance for participants try it out on their own concerns, and a concluding round
Why: To create an experience that leaves participants feeling stronger as well as more in a position to act productively and in a focused way
Where: Online on Teams or on-the-ground in Vienna, Austria, and, sometimes, Concord, NH, USA
When: When we find a time that works for both of us
Who: Elisabeth Cassels-Brown, a university lecturer, workshop facilitator, and coach with over 30 years of experience in the international learning and development field. She works in English and German.
